Cancellation Policy

Fees are to be collected upon signing up, except for Free Trial or other services that we expressly offer free of charge. Charges will be automatically incurred once the free trial is over unless the subscription is canceled and any paid apps are uninstalled before the trial period ends. A Free Trial cannot be paused or reinstated if the plan is canceled before the trial period ends.

Our services include automatic recurring payments for periodic charges, i.e. subscription. If you activate your membership, this means you authorize Rinvigo to charge you periodically, on an ongoing basis, and until the service is canceled by you, or terminated by Rinvigo. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing for the next periodic subscription of your account. You can cancel your subscription through your referral account dashboard, or you may contact us at customerservice@rinvigo.com for assistance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account due to the reason of unpaid dues or delinquency, as well as misconduct or non-adherence to our community guidelines.

Furthermore, Rinvigo does not issue refunds to customers for canceled subscriptions. Please note that you are responsible for canceling your account properly. You are always welcome to contact our support team to ensure your account has been canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, or unused membership for open accounts.

All subscriptions will automatically renew – both monthly and annual – after each end of the subscription period.
